How to Order
(1) Browse our products
EPIC has many brilliant promotional items that are ideal for promoting your business or next event.
Once you've found the right product/s, on our website, you can obtain a quote by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org or by calling (087)7190821 and speaking to a member of our experienced team. Please be aware that some of our products may have a minimum order quantity and we will be glad to advise you on this.
The only information we will need to provide a quote is your email address and whether you want a logo or text on the product (or both).
(2) Get a bespoke quote
Whether you've requested it online or over the phone, you will be emailed a PDF quote that will include all the information you need, including unit price, VAT and delivery costs if required. There are no hidden charges
Your quote will also include additional details you might need, such as: minimum order quantity, the product size, colours and sizes available, and expected lead times.
(3) Confirm your order
When you are ready to confirm the order, simply reply to the email with your confirmation.
You will need to provide the following details if you haven't already been asked for them: your company name, purchase order number (if applicable), delivery address, invoice address, contact number, your deadline and the artwork and /or text you would like printed.
Once we have received this information we will send you an order acknowledgment confirming the details you have provided us with.
(4) Approve it!
We will also send you an artwork proof: a PDF of your chosen promotional item with your artwork on it. You will need to check this carefully in case any changes need to be made - otherwise, you can approve it! Once the proof has been approved, we will send you an invoice which will allow you to make payment. On receipt of payment we will start processing your order.
(5) Receive your products
When your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirming your order is on its way. With most orders we will also issue you with a tracking number so you can follow the progress of delivery.
Your Promotional Merchandise Order Artwork Guidelines
When you place an order with us, we typically also need to receive the artwork you would like to have printed onto your promotional products. If you don't already have this, we can develop it for you. It will allow us to customise the items you've selected, to your precise specification - resulting in products that truly reflect your own design concept.
Which File Type(s) Do We Work With?
- Ideally we need vector artwork, saved as an .EPS file, created in Adobe Illustrator and saved as outlines. If this isn't possible, we can help; email us your artwork in whatever format you currently have it in and our in-house team can convert it.
- Accepted file types include ,JPG, .PDF, .PSD, .TIFF, .AI and .PNG.
- Please note: .JPEG is a very common file type, so if you are sending us one of these, please ensure it is 300DPI. If it isn't, please let us know and we can adjust this for you.
How To Work With Fonts
Your company logo and branding will have been created using a specific font. Whoever designed your logo will be able to advise on this but if they can't we will work with you to replicate it. No Logo? Don't worry, our in-house design team will collaborate with you to produce a logo that you can be proud of.
